Santa Claus comes to the UPD!
The annual Christmas Breakfast was a merry old time this year with nearly 130 kids showing up to greet Santa Claus and receive some nice early presents. Have a look for yourself!

Spreading Holiday Cheer
For 21 years, the UPD has held a Christmas Party for the handicapped children of Union, NJ. The tradition continues this Tuesday morning, the 21st, as 150 kids will get to enjoy breakfast, see Santa Claus, receive some presents, and have some good fun.  This event allows the UPD to give back to the community in a way that can improve the lives of handicapped kids. We, of course, always welcome our patrons to join in and help make this event even more special. If you would like to contribute, we are accepting donations of brand new toys for children. It makes us happy to see our customers express their holiday spirit, but more importantly, it will bring a smile to a child's face. |

You can now see status updates from the diner on our facebook page. You can even see some photos from time to time. We think it's a great addition to this website and will help you keep in touch with everything that's new at the UPD.

Great Dinners for a Great Price
Recently, the UPD began offering a brand new dinner menu to our patrons, with nine delicious entrees. Each special is only $10.95, and as always, each choice offers a great value for a great meal - all prepared fresh and with care (as usual!). See our new $10.95 Dinner Special Menu. Tough economic times shouldn't keep you from eating great - and on budget. (You might also find the drink specials are too good to pass up!) |
Super Breakfast Additions!
Have a look at the Super Breakfast Menu for 3 new specials just recently added! From eggs, to pancakes, to breakfast Taquitos, now you have more choices than ever. The UPD breakfast specials are available daily from 5:30-11:00 a.m. on Mondays to Fridays (excluding holidays). Start your morning off the right way with a great meal and a hot cup of coffee or tea! |
